Privacy statement
What is collected
Two things, and only if you choose to send them: your email address when you sign up for the newsletter, and the name, email address and message you type into an enquiry form, together with the piece the enquiry is about.
Why
Newsletter emails are used to send occasional updates about new work and drops — nothing else. Enquiry details are used to answer your message about a work or a commission.
Where it is stored
In this website's own database, hosted in the EU. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. It is kept for as long as it is useful for the purpose above, and deleted on request.
Consent
You are only added to the newsletter after ticking the consent box yourself. It is never pre-ticked.
Unsubscribing and deletion
To unsubscribe, or to ask what is stored about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted entirely, email info@yassa.nl. Requests are handled within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics profiling.
